Migration to the cloud
We are seeking the expertise of an SAP Technical Project Manager for a short contract role based in Melbourne. In this role you will lead a small team through a migration project which is in full swing. The initial contract will commence ASAP and take you until the end of February.
About the Role
The main responsibility in this role will be to manage the successful migration of an on-premise solution to a cloud solution. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, be a motivator and a driver. Besides this, your technical background will see you advising, guiding and ensuring the solution is to standard and is technically sound. You will also be expected to solve unexpected technical issues quickly and be aware of warning signs to hopefully avoid these issues.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10 years of Infrastructure/SAP Basis(ideally Oracle DB experience)/Cloud technologies
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- At least 3 years working in an SAP environment
- An adaptable character and use your technical background to ensure the success of the project
