Global IT Business Partner – HR
A leading global company is currently recruiting for a Global IT Business Partner for HR and HCM to be responsible to build and manage strategic relationships between IT and Business Customer for HCM/HR globally.
Main tasks & responsibilities
*Establish a customer oriented, pro-active Business Partner organization that acts as a key point of contact for all IT related matters for HR.
*Ensure IT services act as an accelerator to increase sales and revenue.
*Together with the Business Process Owners and Key Users: where there is a requirement to use a global system ensure the business processes are harmonized. Support the CIO-1 Business Partner in organizing and running a “Design Authority Meeting” and a “Global Change Advisory Board”.
*Provide transparency on IT services to Business Customers. Work with the Business Customer in forecasting their demand, strive to influence demand volume in order to avoid peaks.
*Investigate on competition/vendors/clients innovations in order to build roadmap for evolution with the other Business Partners.
*Fully responsible for the forecast and budget of his/her area of responsibility
*Understand the needs and levels of satisfaction of the Business Customers in his/her area of responsibility. Represent the IT organisation in front of customers
*Ensure Solution Delivery Management clearly understands the Business Customer requirements and delivers the right solution
*Collaborate with the business in the formulation of business cases and their prioritization.
*Conduct Service Level Agreement (SLA) negotiations with Business Customers and Business Process Owners. Ensure SLA sign-off by Business Process Owners.
*Design and implement global HR solutions in a cost efficient and high qualitative way
Minimum requirements & Personal attributes:
Education and certifications/training:
*University degree preferably in a business or technical subject or any comparable education
Professional & Leadership experience:
* Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Management position of comparable complexity.
*Ability to explain complex, technical matters in a simple ‘language’
*Experience of developing and managing service level agreements with set, measured and reportable
Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
*Delivering to, and successful management of, stakeholder expectations whilst working in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines, budgets and resources
*Recognized achievement in delivering to a strategic agenda
