Executive Assistant – Hong Kong
A well-established garment design, manufacturing and marketing company is looking for an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant for their Chairman for their Hong Kong office.
The candidate will be expected to have excellent language skills in English (spoken and written) – a native/fluent speaker of English is essential. English as a second language cannot be considered for this role. Plus Chinese/Cantonese language skills will be important, to be able to communicate with locals.
You will have excellent administration and communication skills.
Strong IT skills will also be essential – MS Office.
*Diary management for staff/client related appointments
*Responsible for weekly travel arrangements including flights, trains and hotels.
*Organising and producing travel schedules
*Attending management meetings, taking minutes and drafting/agreeing agendas with Director including confidential information.
*Travel from time to time for meetings
