Senior Administration Specialist – Admin/PowerPoint/Concur
This role provides administrative and general support to the senior management team.
– Administrative support to the senior management team including maintenance of the calendar, travel organization, expense reimbursement
– Coordination regional events and team meetings
– Obtain and coordinate the necessary visas for team members located in Zurich
– Organize and coordinate visits internationally
– Forward incoming external and internal requests to the appropriate contacts
– Coordination of business projects: play an active part in the planning and management of projects, liaising with functions such as HR and Finance.
– Support some function-specific processes: create presentations, consolidate data, track information
– Support ad hoc projects and team activities
– Support internal communication: develop, implement and maintain communication tools such as Intranet pages, regional presentations, regional org charts
– Languages: fluent English (written and spoken). Native/fluent German speaker a plus but not a requirement.
– At least 4 to 5 years of Administration experience in an international and very dynamic environment is crucial
– Experience in working with senior stakeholders and with a diverse team
– Knowledge/experience in producing communication material (including PowerPoint)
– Experience with Concur is a definitive plus
– Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills
